Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping

Muddy Hands Yardworks offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders. Any additional or expedited shipping options, when available, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–15 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.

Please allow time for tracking information to begin updating after a tracking number is issued.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Customers will not be charged additional standard shipping fees because an order is delivered in multiple packages.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact Muddy Hands Yardworks as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address, but once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or an order appears significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
