Processing

Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–15 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is FREE on U.S. orders.

Any available expedited or alternative shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.

Please allow some time for tracking information to begin updating after a shipping label or tracking number is created.

Multiple Products

If you order more than one product, items may occasionally ship separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional standard shipping because an order arrives in multiple packages.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact Muddy Hands Yardworks as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and we'll help investigate the shipment.
