Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item. Do not send a product back to the address shown on the original shipping package unless instructed to do so. Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization may not be accepted.

For returns that are not the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the product and the issue when possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including custom or personalized products, gift cards, and products that have been used or altered after delivery.

Please contact us if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to request a return for the item you received and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Refunds

We will notify you after an approved return has been received and inspected and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
