We want you to be happy with your purchase from Muddy Hands Yardworks. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.

Before returning an item, please contact Muddy Hands Yardworks for return instructions. Do not send a product back to the address shown on the original shipping package unless instructed to do so.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos showing the product and any damage or issue.

After reviewing the information, we will provide the appropriate next steps.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping

If a return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Muddy Hands Yardworks will provide instructions regarding return shipping.

For returns made for other reasons, including a change of mind or ordering the wrong product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Order cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
